Not a lot to report this week, so I'll entertain you with lots of pictures. We are hunkering down with Hurricane Sandy approaching, hoping to avoid the worst of it, and we hope that all of you are somewhere safe and dry, too!
Reading is a HUGE thing for Evie, and now she likes to sit in the rocker...so Mommy gets to sit on the floor.
Getting her daily music "lessons." Unfortunately her attention span is about 3 minutes!
We also like to put her to work outside - sweeping, raking rolling in the leaves, and eating apples!
She moves fast and can go up and down the stairs in no time. Daddy caught me barely keeping up with Evie here!
Getting Evie to stay in her high chair for snacks and meals is becoming difficult. She always asks to get out or eat on the rug, but we have white carpet, remember? We let her get away with it this time, with a little help from Daddy. (I swear we didn't give her lemons for a snack!)

Daddy was feeling creative (or perhaps a little bored) while playing with blocks!
This is how we all feel by the end of the day. Check back next week for Halloween pictures of our raccoon, coonhound, and coon hunter!
