I never thought I'd wish away the warm weather, but the crisp Fall air has finally moved in, and it is refreshing. I was clearly excited to be able to cook again, because on Saturday we made apple chips, kale chips, homemade apple sauce, apple crisp, and potato leek soup. Hello, Fall cooking! Fall activities have been abundant, as well - soccer, apple picking, and hiking with friends. In the past week, Evie also started religious ed classes and Girl Scouts. Phew!
