It's been a busy and exciting week! First, we got to meet our adorable new niece, Aurelia, who is visiting from California. The kids fawned over her, and of course they looked like big, lanky giants next to her. I got lots of baby snuggles in, too (I'm pretty sure Evie accused me of "hogging the baby" at one point!).
The weather has treated us with a few more warm days, which means that the kids are addicted to being outside now. Noah and I enjoyed some time at the pump track, and this was my first time actually riding on it. I surprised myself and really enjoyed it, and Noah was an awesome cheerleader for me when I took my first lap!

Holy Week and Easter festivities filled the rest of the week. We had a damp and cold day for the town Easter Egg Hunt, but still had fun with friends. Easter Sunday was a beautiful day, and we had a great time celebrating at mass and then celebrating with family at the annual Grandpa Tom Easter Egg Extravaganza. His mind-bending clues did not disappoint!

Easter Monday brought another glorious day (and the first day of Evie's school vacation), and the kids biked, played frisbee, basketball, wiffle ball, read books outside, enjoyed a picnic lunch, visited Grandma Barb, and protested when it was time to come in for dinner and bed. Both were asleep in 30 seconds flat. This time of year is so lovely...have you noticed that the grass is suddenly green?!
