In case you were wondering what Matt was up to while I was steam-cleaning the coffee stain out of the rug last week...he was catching some amazing fish!

I think I'll let the pictures narrate the update this week. Here are some of Evie's favorite things lately:
| Playing school. I get so bored with this, but it's her FAVORITE thing to do. Can you guess who is the teacher?! |
| Making "snack" (while playing school) - this was a bowl of yogurt with rice krispies...um, yum? |
| Being a big helper around the house. She was helping Daddy clean the kegerator here! |
And here are some of Noah's favorite things (he is 17 months old today!):
| Hanging out outside and climbing up and down the stairs. He also loves to play ball, bubbles, sweep the driveway, and go for walks outside. He'll bang on the door when we're inside and beg to go out! |
| Checking out the contents of the fridge and choosing a snack. Then he'll tell me "stuck" because he doesn't know how to get back out! |
| Eating and sharing his food with Roscoe. They both enjoy this! I do not. |
At 17 Months, Noah is sleeping pretty well (aside from sickness/teething wakeups), and he is a lot of fun to be around. He is saying so many words, engaging with his toys (especially his trucks) and making me laugh. I'm struggling a little bit with figuring out what he will eat - he's much more picky that Evie was! The problem is that he won't even try stuff. If we try to give him something that he doesn't want, he'll throw it or bat it away. Some go-to foods these days are: pancakes, crackers and hummus, frozen yogurt tubes, milk, mashed potatoes, sauteed summer squash, bananas, applesauce, chicken tenders, and (thankfully) baby food fruit/veggie pouches. Apparently he only likes tan-colored food.
We've had some sweet moments of Evie and Noah playing together this week. These are MY favorite things!
| Doing the Cheerios book together. So sweet! |
| Playing at the park on a chilly Saturday morning with Evie's school friends |
We were happy to have time to catch up with a few friends from out of town this weekend, too! The kids had NO interest in posing for pics.
| Group photo with 4 kids was definitely not happening. Thanks for visiting, Kozaczka family! |
| Newly-engaged Mary-Alice couldn't even get a squeeze from Noah. |
I saved the best for last. Happy 8th Birthday to our awesome nephew, Colby!! Thanks for sharing your chocolate cake with us!
