It has been one of
those weeks around here. Stomach bug, broken toe, teething baby, cancelled date night. Ugh.
- Evie gets a stomach bug at 4am on Tuesday morning
- Noah catches a mild version of the stomach bug
- I break my pinky toe on the corner of the coffee table because I'm avoiding the puke bucket
- Evie somehow goes straight into having a cold
- Noah catches the cold...or is he teething?
- We are dog-sitting Sophie, and she and Roscoe are teaching each other bad habits, like mooching at mealtimes and barking during nap time (and waking up Noah)!

| Dog jail! |
Meanwhile, Noah has become an adventure to take care of during his waking hours. He is fast, and he's kind of devious. Not only does he crawl everywhere, he has started climbing the stairs, he likes to go for the dog water dish, he throws his food on the floor, and then he looks at me and says "uh oh!" and smiles. Is this a passing phase or is it his personality?!
Despite all that, the weather has been glorious, and we've dragged our sick kids outside anyway. Fresh air is as good as medicine, right?

| Cleaning out the egress window. I was joking that it's nice enough to have my morning coffee in there now! |
 |
| Evie learned to go down the fireman's pole during our recent park trips. Way to go, girl! |
 |
| These moments when they play together are so awesome! |
And there were couple of fun things that we managed to do - Daddy and Evie's first fishing trip of the season and touch-a-truck! Matt was especially proud that for one of her fish, she cast it out, set the hook and reeled it in all by herself.
