Lately, we have been marveling at what a difference a year makes in the life of a kid. Thanks to Google Photos, I get these periodic reminders of "Last year on this day..." I was recently reminded of an early-February story time at the library last year, when we left with Noah screaming and hitting, and we were at our wit's end with him. Now, he is pretty enthusiastic and cooperative, and has such a creative imagination and a longer attention span. Lately, he's been very into crafty activities - drawing, tracing, coloring and cutting out pictures, and he is also loving going out in the woods on his snowshoes, and of course, Spider Man. He has the cute, funny comments wherever we go - like at Great Harvest Bread the other day, he exclaimed, "Whoa Mommy, I got a sugar meatball in this slice!" (We still adore our Evie too...but this week Noah gets to be featured on the blog!).

We celebrated Matt's birthday over the weekend, in combination with Super Bowl Sunday! We went out for dinner, went snowshoeing, and indulged in some delicious Super Bowl snacks to celebrate our favorite guy. He is such a dedicated husband and dad, and we are very grateful for him every day!
