We escaped for another mini vacation at Shadow Lake last week, and felt like we hit the jackpot by having a couple warm sunny days while we were there. Our days usually followed this pattern - wake up, morning run, coffee on the deck, beach time, lunch, nap, beach, happy hour, dinner, bonfire, board games and listening to the Red Sox on the radio. The only tough thing about vacationing with kids is that we let them stay up late having bonfires, they wake us up early, and the cumulative sleep debt catches up with all of us by the end of the week! Luckily, what we remember is the fun stuff - fishing, swimming, kayaking, eating smores, and watching the loons.

To cheer ourselves up after returning from camp, we picked TONS of fresh blueberries at my aunt and uncle's farm. It lifted all of our spirits!
Back into the swing of everyday life...Evie "helped" Noah get dressed in matching outfits with her. Somehow the cap sleeves don't look quite the same on Noah!
