Soup season

Colder weather has blown in, and it really feels like fall now.  We had to scramble before school trying to find hats and gloves for Evie, my Darn Tough socks are back in the rotation, and I have been drinking hot tea and wanting to cook soup for dinner every night.  Meanwhile, the kids love it!  They have been playing in the leaves, and Evie has been doing lots of leaf crafts.

 

Evie, Matt and Grandpa Tom all participated in EES Walk to School day last week.  I was reminded how awesome it is to have grandparents right down the street so they can join in the fun!  

We also enjoyed some family time at Aunt Pea's house on Sunday.  She has ALL the fun toys, and some really fun kids, too!

Last, but certainly not least, Happy Birthday today to our dear friend Ally!  We were so lucky to spend some time with her and Caroline during their quick visit to VT this past weekend.  We love you Ally!!
