Winter, Spring, or Summer?

We have cycled through the weather of several seasons over the past week, from warm humid days to sunshine, then back to snow and cold.  This feels like classic April weather for Vermont when winter just won't give up.

Saturday was the first day of the kids' April break, and it was a perfectly sunny day.  We spent a ton of time outside playing with neighbors and friends, eating ice cream, doing water balloons, and I think Noah played about 6 hours of wiffle ball.  It was a great day!

First trip to Sweet Scoops for the season!!

And then we had snow the next day!  I think a collective groan was heard throughout the state.  The good thing is that it gave us some time for indoor projects like tidying up, practicing instruments and dance, and playing some games.  We had a fun night out at Trivia Night with some of Evie's friends and their families!

His 20-point hand during a family game of cribbage - wow!

Trivia Night at Black Flannel

Matt and Elliot braved the elements and ran a 5K yesterday at UVM!  Good job, boys!

Even though Evie's experience dancing at World's is in our rearview mirror, we keep reflecting and smiling on the experience.  The professional action photos came in, and we have the full videos of Evie's dances to share for anyone that has been asking to see her dance.
