Time is marching...or speeding on toward Christmas! Our schedule has been busy, but manageable, filled with the extra festivities that come with this time of year. Noah had his first band concert, I had a Christmas cookie swap with the neighbors, the kids built gingerbread houses and we went Christmas caroling in our neighborhood.
We've also had our share of car hiccups - my car was hit in the grocery store parking lot, we got rear-ended at a red light, and I had a screw in my tire, all in the past 2 weeks. Thankfully all were minor inconveniences, but they have added to the mental load at an already busy time of year! Luckily we have lots of treats to soothe our stress...Matt's first batch of fudge has been made, and it's DELICIOUS!

Noah has been continuing to play basketball nearly every day between his school team (he made the EMS B Team) and his mini-metro team on weekends. We were excited to watch Noah's very first EMS basketball game last night against ADL (my alma mater!). It was a cross-town rivalry, and EMS pulled off the win in a pretty close game!
