Last week was a pretty normal week around here. Since Noah is in between sports seasons, our evenings have been a little less hectic than usual, which is a welcome breather! We had some especially warm spring-like days, so we were outside playing wiffle ball, indulging in our first maple creemee, and going for walks after dinner to enjoy the fresh air as much as we could. It felt great to open the windows and air out the house!

We knew the warm weather wouldn't last, but now we're back to winter, and no one is very happy. The one consolation is that we finally made it up to the mountain for a day of skiing and snowboarding! If you can't change the weather, you might as well embrace it! The big news was that Noah had a big breakthrough day on his snowboard, and he is successfully linking turns, which means that he's able to traverse down the mountain without quite so many falls and stops along the way. He got off the chairlift like a pro (except the one time I "pushed" him!), and he was pumped to be able to actually snowboard down. Evie's skiing skills came right back, and we all had a really fun time. As a bonus, we connected with Scott and Dorothy and their family at the mountain, too (fun fact - Scott is the one who taught ME to ski when we were in college!).

| We made it! It takes a lot of packing to get there, but it's worth it! |

In addition to the improving weather, March also has two of my favorite things - March Madness basketball and Maple season. All the best signs that spring is coming!
