It's beginning to look a lot like...January!

Last week was a very snowy week around here!  Every day had some snow and wind, so we were battling slick roads and tricky conditions as we traveled to and from activities, but it feels good to actually be getting some winter weather.  The best part is that we were able to get out and enjoy all the new snow over the weekend with some cross-country skiing and sledding.  Frankie is especially pleased about it!  Elliot built an incredible snow groomer for nordic skiing, so we got to enjoy the fruits of his labors on Sunday.  It was a perfect outdoor afternoon!

Frankie doesn't love her snowsuit, but it keeps the snowballs away!

All the outdoor time resulted in some well-deserved veg out time!  Tired from fresh air is the best kind of tired.

Somehow Evie mustered the energy to cook dinner for us (not pictured: Mommy relaxing!)

Dinner in bed after a very late dance night.  Cozy!

So tired

In addition to all the snowy fun, we also had our belated Christmas celebration with Grandma Karen, enjoying the Tik Tok viral mac and cheese recipe she made.  So decadent and yummy! Noah had another basketball game Sunday, and it was another loss for his team, but Noah is keeping his chin up and working hard!
