5 Full Days!

We made it through the first full 5-day week of school last week, and that feels like cause for celebration!  In addition, we started all the activities (Girl Scouts, Irish Dance, Band/Orchestra and Flag Football), so by Friday, we were veeeerrrry tired.  Evie's music rehearsals are before school 4 days per week, so credit to her for sticking with it!  We are missing the schedule freedom of summer, but the kids are having fun with all their activities so far.

Keeping watch over the house during the day!

The weekend was not the most restful, but we had a lot of fun.  Three birthday celebrations on Saturday, Noah's first Flag Football game, a King Me gig, and some mountain biking. We have had some nice fall days, so we are taking advantage!

This Fall, Noah made the choice to play flag football instead of soccer.  We miss some of our soccer buddies, but Noah is loving football so far.  The rules of flag football are a little different from regular football, so I think he did a good job in his game, but I was slightly lost the whole time!  :-)
