Last week was a fun one, because we got to celebrate two of our favorite people - Matt and Aunt Pea! Matt's birthday was celebrated over several days, including a couple dinners out, a day date for skiing/snowboarding at Bolton, and lots of yummy treats! As a bonus, we got a big snow storm on Matt's birthday, and the kids had a snow day the next day, which gave them a 3-day weekend.

It was still very cold and windy during the weekend, so we didn't spend as much time as we normally would out playing in the fresh snow. We snowshoed a couple times, Matt and the kids attempted to make sugar on snow, and then we adults warmed ourselves up with margaritas while we celebrated Aunt Pea's birthday on Saturday. It was a great, laughter-filled evening!
