What a week of visiting with friends! Our schedules aligned, and we were lucky to spend time with many dear friends this past week, including some that we haven't seen in years. Our hearts are happy!

We also had some family fun at Daddy's gig, cousin Carly's 14th birthday party, and celebrating my aunt and uncle's 25th anniversary at a hilarious surprise party, complete with a mock redneck wedding ceremony.

After packing so many activities into one week, I can't blame Evie for feeling like this...

We are all craving a bit of routine and rest now. Evie has started a week of dance camp, which is her first-ever summer camp! Day #1 went great, and I have certainly enjoyed a little breather from the busy summer days with both kids at home. We are catching up on rest and looking forward to our Colorado family visiting at the end of the week!
