It's been quite a snowy couple of weeks! 3 of the last 8 school days have been snow days, and after lots of minor snowstorms, we finally had a classic Vermont snowstorm of about 14 inches on Sunday into Monday. Noah has been busy working on a luge track in the backyard, so he spent a good part of the day outside working on it, and we all joined him for a while. We also snowshoed around the neighborhood, but other than that, it was a day for staying off the roads and hunkering in at home.

Luckily, a couple of fun weekend festivities were able to happen before the snow hit! On Friday night, in honor of Valentine's Day, Matt and I went out for an early happy hour date (somehow we forgot to take a pic!), then came home and enjoyed heart-shaped pizza and some games with the kids. We had made some yummy Valentine treats the day before during the snow day, and it was a perfect low-key celebration with the ones we love.
We also celebrated Elliot's 20th birthday on Saturday night! We had quite a feast and enjoyed having everyone together to celebrate our oldest nephew!

One other noteworthy event was that Evie got Invisalign last week! Her teeth have been pretty sore, but she's getting used to it and she's been a very good patient so far. Despite the soreness, she's still glad to have this instead of braces!
