It's been a busy week, and the kids are quick to remind me that we only have two weeks until Christmas! EEK! It was a busy weekend of holiday festivities - The Train Hop, Christmas Tree Hunting, parties, a King Me gig, and decorating the house and tree. Oh, and then picking the tree up when it tipped over and decorating it again.

Christmas Tree Hunting was a fun family adventure, as usual. Words can't describe how gorgeous Mount Mansfield was as we drove up to the tree farm, but I was certainly giving thanks that we get to live in such a beautiful place. The kids had a great time with their cousins romping around in the snow, and we found a beautiful tree. The weekend was hectic, so we squeezed in some decorating time on Sunday, and that evening, I heard a big CRASH right after the kids went to bed. Spontaneous tree tip-over. Evie came out of her room and started sobbing, so it was quite a scene, but we were able to get it all cleaned up pretty quickly.
