Ski bunny

We were welcomed back to Vermont with some fresh snow last week, which gave us the chance to do some awesome snowman building and Evie made huge strides with her skiing over the weekend!  Matt and I got to spend the whole day at the mountain with Evie and our friend Erin, who gave Evie some amazing one-on-one instruction.  By the end of the day, Evie had ridden the lift 5 times and cried her eyes out when it was time to go home.  Matt and I were thrilled to get back to the mountain for the first time in 12 years, too!  Noah was a little jealous, but he loved having Grandma Karen all to himself on Saturday.

Such a fun day!

 Evie was lucky enough to have a half day of school yesterday and got to spend another afternoon at the mountain with Daddy and some friends.  I can't describe how cool it is to see your kid learn something like this, but we are feeling pretty proud of our girl!
